"A zero will ruin your GPA, but it won't get you thrown out of school."
I received an incomplete ("Inc") grade. What does it mean? An incomplete or “Inc” grade is one of the possible grades you might get for an assignment. It does not initially affect your GPA. As the name suggests, it actually means the assignment has not been graded by your teacher or you haven’t finished the assignment. It’s incomplete.
Students are required to have their Madison ID visibly displayed on a lanyard when they arrive on the Madison campus. If you arrive on campus without an ID, then it is your responsibility to obtain a new one from the K building AP annex before school starts. Teachers have been instructed to send you for an ID if you arrive to class without one, and the teacher may give you a consequence for missing class. Replacement cost for an ID is $5 for the first one, $10 thereafter. Be responsible and take care of it.
Students have a 6 minute passing period. Students are counted absent if they are more than 5 minutes tardy (after the bell) to a class period per district policy.
